Jane Jones raises the profile of School Caterers

As part of the National initiative to raise the profile of School Caterers, Jane Jones our Cook in Charge at Ysgol Twm or Nant in Denbigh, enjoyed a fantastic day working at the prestigious Tyddyn Llan Restaurant and Rooms in Llandrillo which has been awarded a Michelin Rosette – here she is inspecting the freshly delivered Fish and live Crab with Head Chef and Owner Bryan Webb.
